The equipment  will be  provided  by  Mr Ray Payne, who will  be  available  throughout  the  contest  for  your  assistance.

Ray has advised to ensure the smooth running of the contest, the Timpani only should remain fixed in a position to the rear of the band to the right of the conductor  as they face the band, throughout  the contest.
